「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure...

「We stayed in a double room with ensuit. Basic room but was clean and comfortable and was perfect for our one night stay. No shower gel in the dispenser and shower head fixing was flimsy and cheap, but was manageable has hot water and clean towels.」
