紐約布魯克林高地酒店住宿推介

「Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.」

「房間人員很親切，房間很乾淨又大，很物超所值，又有咖啡礦泉水可以每天補充。」

「First of all, the staff, especially Janelle was super helpful and accommodating. We requested a crib, and they also furnished us with a highchair too, without even asking. Because of the suite style rooms, its great for families. It was a beautifully renovated Art Deco building in a great area. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「空调很吵 早餐有点差 马桶盖上有灰尘和头发 好在地理位置非常不错」

「Very clean」

「easy access area」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」
