The home is as pictured ~ very clean, latest appliances, lots of space, great water pressure, comfy memory foam beds, plush/soft towels and a beautiful master bathroom! We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had no problem finding it in the dark. The casita apartment is down the steps all the way at the end. We enjoyed the fire pit! It’s incredibly quiet and only an hour from Zion and 40 mins to Bryce. We would definitely stay here again! They truly have everything you need.”

“Great property and location for accessing Bryce Canyon NP and Kodachrome Basin SP. Provided amenities include healthy snacks and firewood and outdoor chairs/loungers. Riverstone work in bathroom was beautiful but a little hard on feet. Bathroom was small is only drawback. Perfect for young couples.”

“The Alton Lodge is awesome! It is a beautiful log structure that is warm and inviting! It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay on our way from Zion NP to Bryce Canyon NP. We enjoyed the hiking trail up the hill behind the lodge as well as the night sky full of stars. Seeing a herd of elk on the way into Alton was icing on the cake! We highly recommend the Alton Lodge!”

The only suggestion would be to have more entertainment options for the evening since there's not much in town. A smart tv to view the guest's own streaming services or more board games, playing cards or a selection of books to read would be wonderful to pass the evening time.”

“We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.”
