"Very nice. Clean. Easy to find. Beautiful addition and character. Wi-Fi was a bit troublesome but worked. We loved the old original floors and the squeak in the master bedroom. Kitchen was very nice and decorated well. First hot shower had sulfur smell which is not uncommon with electric water heaters and well water that sit sometimes. Subsequent showers it was much better. "Everything was great! Our only problem was the oven did not work, I improvised. Pool was cold but we had fun! Inks Lake was near by for hiking and Longhorn Caverns. Cabin 5 was very comfortable. The beds were comfy!"

"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 12th wedding Anniversary. Such a great idea to change things up. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this cozy getaway. We had everything we needed to be able to fully enjoy ourselves. The owners were absolutely awesome in making sure we had a great stay and connected with us during our trip to give us some great pointers for local fare and things to do. Will absolutely be planning to stay here in the future, highly recommend!"

"My grandchildren have not experienced camping in a tent. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!"

"Clean, quiet and comfy. SO glad I found this place to stay more than a week for work in nearby Marble Falls. Much better than the hotel lifestyle and having such easy access to a good fishing spot was the icing on the cake. AC worked great and bed was awesome. Hosts were very helpful and responsive when I had questions or requests. Can’t wait to come back when I can spend some leisure time with the wife. Highly recommend."

"The cabin is just the right size for a couple. The high ceilings make the cabin feel roomy. The bed was comfortable and Kathy took care of anything we needed. We had access to the whole ranch and enjoyed seeing the wildlife each day, especially the longhorn calves. We cooked our meals there and had all we need. If you want to grill you’ll need to provide your own charcoal. The cabin is quiet and cozy deep in the heart of the Hill Country."

"Recommend basic maintenance be done as there were unpatched nail holes, board above dishwasher poorly done, cracks in drywall, kitchen fan ceiling ring hanging and dishwasher didn’t work until we called maintenance and one bathtub had no stopper-it was missing, shower light didn’t work and exhaust fan light continually flickering. "It was a beautiful home. However, it is supposed to be on the lake, and there was no water within 1/2 a mile due to the extremely low lake levels (not their fault). However, it advertised a hot tub, but the hot tub was drained and not usable, and that was one of the reasons we chose this place. I was disappointed with that.
