保加利亞平價酒店

「不能欧元支付，现场没有马上支付就让入住，并第二天有细心指点去哪里换。」

「酒店不错，只是早餐实在没法吃，希望能改善一下」

「Location-wise, not very convenient to be accessible to the downtown area. Also, the cable TV kept breaking down. However, the room is big.」

On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid...

「The noise in the room is big(1st floor)」

「Everything excellent」

「旅館就在central railway station地鐵站出口，有提供免費停車，到索菲亞主要景點走路或搭車都很方便。」

「Excellent location, close to public transport, major tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Spacious room in particular the bathroom. Quiet room as only 5 rooms on one level but the air conditioning is very noisy. Had to switch off during sleep.」

「Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...
