"Checking in was quick, the young man upgraded us to higher floor. The floor area was quiet and we get a daily clean services. Very nice to come back with a bed made everyday, and fresh towels. Downside; pillows are terrible and smaller. And no pool at this property even location is great. "

"What an AMAZING experience from check-in to check out. Staff were kind and friendly and catered to their guests. On Saturday after returning from walking the city the front desk staff offered us cold water. I would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Very clean and excellent customer service. The beds were very comfortable and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located as well. A few things could use updating (mirrors, fixtures), but the hotel is very charming and Via Sophia is amazing!"

"The room was large, kitchen was a plus. Bed was nice and pillows were plentiful. Air conditioner worked wonderfully, as it was extremely hot outside. Parking could have been better, I had to park in the GW Garage. Please remember to bring your parking ticket with you or you may not get back in. The restaurant on site was a nice touch, but the food was bland."
