「We stayed at this hotel as it’s well located for a stop off on the way to Cornwall. It’s very nice inside with contemporary decor and very comfortable rooms. Nice modern shower room. A bonus is the great buffet breakfast with lots of choices available - particularly enjoyed the excellent croissants and pain au chocolat. One key driver in ys choosing to stay here was the fact it has an indoor swimming pool. The pool itself is lovely although some may find the water temperature a tad too warm. The...

「Loved welcome to the hotel. Room was nice and the bed was very comfy. The views and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast there was plenty to choose from.」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Disappointing stay - room was described as 'deluxe' but was on the small side and being up in the eaves of the roof meant one of us had to duck to get in and out of bed. No turn down / refresh on day 1, no waste bin, small but basic things - especially at the price paid. Staff although friendly, were difficult to find (only available via WhatsApp ??), reception never staffed. Overall a great a shame as the hotel has a beautiful setting and grounds. We wint be returning. 」
