"Good overall"

"No issues with the staff, the pool was ok, the room was clean and big enough for us. AC looked like its working but it was really not. There was no way to adjust it and its just uncomfortably hot throughout the day and got worst at night. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic! It’s within walking distance of the art museum and the main strip in Palm Springs. It’s clean and has a great pool area. The AC in the room struggled a bit and was rather loud. Also, the elevator in our building was broken when we were checking out but they didn’t put up a sign on our floor so we waited for the elevator for several minutes before trying a different path down. It wasn’t perfect but we would consider staying there again."

"Very nice Hotel. They have a full service bar. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel grounds are very clean. Agua Caliente Casino is right next door. Less than 2 miles away from Desert Regional Medical Center, which is why I choose this Hotel."

"Hello. There was hot water running in the room, but the temperature was so cool that taking a shower was impossible. The sofa in the room looked very worn out, and the entrance door wouldn't close unless you gave it a good slam. There was no water in the fountains on the grounds—they are currently out of order—and the screen door leading out to the loggia was difficult to slide. However, the staff did an excellent job; they are a great team."
