“We traveled with 5 people and believe stayed longer than the average tourist in the area. The resort itself is very beautiful with stunning views. You can access a small beach cove outside of the property. Especially the pool staff was very friendly and attentive as well as housekeeping. A couple things I wished I would have known before: - That there are fees of $54 per day - That there is ongoing maintenance Monday through Sunday 9 - 5, so “relaxing” pool days with a background noise of……

“The food is horrible, in the buffet and the restaurants. In order to get our room cleaned we had to ask the butler and then he would send someone. We had the “VIP package” and this gave us access to the adult only pool which was dirty throughout our entire stay it had like a yellow oil dirt on the side. The staff all looked over worked, the servers, the chef. They only opened 2 restaurants per night and even close the buffet some nights. Our butler made our stay as comfortable as he could,……

“Signing after every meal or drinks ordered after it being all inclusive is strange. Not having disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste or q tips included in the amenities is also a bummer. Or having to get picked up by an uber outside of the security gate, property premises because they’re not allowed in, are all small inconveniences that add up to the experience. The sales pitch for a tour of another property and spa right at the beginning at check in is also not a good way to start after just……
