「Staff is unbelievable knew my name by the 2nd day and attention to detail was unreal. Music was fantastic but shows were hotel grade. Food was excellent but somewhat limited. Don’t get me wrong everything was delicious. Watched whales all day long from the pool and my balcony 」

「Beautiful resort. Consistent excellent food. The resort is very quiet, no music and by 8:30 it is a ghost town so be aware. Aside from the incredible views, food and drinks it is the staff that set this resort apart. When I arrived I was told, “Welcome home”. I do not want to leave anyone out because EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was exceptional. 「This was the full package! This property was so beautiful, the staff were beyond wonderful, the food and drinks were amazing. The service was top tier from beginning to end with every single employee being more than pleasant and accommodating. The butler service was incredible and made our stay even more special (shout out to Daniel, he was amazing!) and don’t forget to book a spa day, it was an experience to die for! 」

「The location and property were outstanding. Built into the cliffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez, our room had a beautiful balcony with a full view of the water. As it was the beginning of February, the whales were spouting and breaching 24/7 and they could be seen from almost everywhere on the property. The staff was very friendly and courteous and housekeeping was great. The studio/kitchenette was very nice; it was a good amount of space and it had most of what you'd need to spend a week...

「Friendliest staff you could ask for and the food is great. Love the one bedroom and living room setup which gives some privacy. All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. Mauricio who welcomed us and set us up with Resort credits and presentation was a huge help and support with things Resort and non-resort related.」

Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños 」
