Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us with.

This was my second time staying at Garza Blanca, and I felt it was even better than my first visit. One highlight was the Mexican night held on the beach—the food was delicious with a great variety of options. Our server, Salvador, was especially attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the food across the resort is consistently excellent. The only downside for me is that there aren’t enough activities, especially at night—it can get a bit boring. It would also be great if they added an ice cream or dessert area to enhance the experience even more.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with attention to detail that really stood out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was—it made it easy to unwind. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized and clean. What truly made the experience special was the level of customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to friends and family.
