“The chalet was very charming and clean. Our concerns were the broken fridge in kitchen we could not use. We communicated regarding broken fridge with good response time but didn't realize and weren't told about extra fridge in basement. We lost groceries. Mattress first floor was concave and uncomfortable could not be used. Lots of flies alive and dead buzzing around. No hooks for wet towels after hot tub and showers. ”

“Beautiful, fresh and clean house. The host has thought of everything and we were so comfortable and cozy. There is great space for the whole group (we were 10) to hang out upstairs, as well as a second living area downstairs. Beds and pillows are comfortable, with nice quality linens/towels/pillows/mattresses. We need to come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful deck and screened porch. Fabulous mudroom for ski gear too! Responsive host, would give 10 stars if I could.”
