"A great stay overall, just housekeeping I guess didn't feel like changing the sheets and taking out trash one day so they put a do not disturb sign on our door. The staff at the front desk happily scheduled us for maintenance the next day and it was done by the time she said it would be, so that was very nice! Front desk staff were the best, especially Chris!"

"Rooms could use a lot of updating... almost thought we were sharing our room with the two adjacent rooms as we could hear EVERYTHING clearly as if they were in the room with us.... TP roll is way off to the left side of the toilet, so it's literally a stretch to tear off the tissue... sink hose was totally wrapped and kinked underneath the sink, so there was no cold water, had to have the hubs fix it. TV guide showed a variety of things, but when you clicked on something to watch, it was something else (the guide was not accurate) Phone didn't work so calling the front desk for something was done on my personal phone. The fridge was adequate for small amounts of stuff, closet was adequate for storage. The bed was comfy (if you like a firm mattress), and room temp remained stable and good. Didn't have to use the HVAC .. The valet and staff were very nice and helpful, friendly. The hotel is VERY close to Wharf shopping and restaurants, as well as in-town restaurants and shopping. Very close to Pebble Beach Golf courses and others. Overall review: Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The price was a bit high for the above-mentioned issues. But we will stay again, and ask for a quieter zone."

"This hotel was a convenient location and has a lot of character & charm. The grounds are beautiful. We also thought the parking arrangement and access in and out of the property were good. The room looked a little tired but it was clean. Our main issues were with the lack of hot water in the sink and inconsistent water temperature in the shower no matter what time of day we tried it. Also, the staff member answering the front desk phone at night was not friendly."
