“The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.”

“Staff was great! Super friendly and helpful, especially when you have questions about the local festivals and alike. Property and rooms are clean and very comfortable despite not having a pool. We had breakfast ( for convenience and early hours ) on 2 occasions and the food was very good. Do not skip ordering the Beignets here.
