柬埔寨出租公寓

「I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap」

「You get what you pay for. I do not feel the photos were accurate and the room was bug infested. Had issues checking in, and there were no towels in my room.」

「I must stay in this hotel when I come to Phnom Penh. The environment is excellent. Facilities like swimming pool and the gym is nice and well maintained. Will stay in this hotel again during the next trip to Phnom Penh.」

「4泊中House CleanIngの札をドアに掛けて外出しても一度しか掃除されず。その一度もクレーム後の対応。トイレットペーパーの補充依頼も欠品してるという信じられない連絡。」

「Apparently we were told it's a scam when we got there. We contacted the phone number listed on there and she told us that also. The host has not given me a check in info 24 hours prior to checking in. We left and drove around to find another hotel to stay. Hope this message finds others to not get scammed like we did.」
