「We picked this property because it was near enough to a festival / concert my partner and I were attending in the area and the hotel seemed to offer a considerable value for the reasonable room rate. Upon arrival, we understood why the rate was attractive -- the property appeared to have been largely neglected, at least in terms of the grounds and gardening. 「Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. 」
