That hotel not even close to 5 stars. If you like the beach( which I consider one of main attractions) - it is basically not there. Very short surrounded by other hotels so long walk is impossible as well as swimming because the bottom of the ocean is so rough that you will break your leg to go in. No wonder that they don’t clean a weeds there. Nobody use it anyway. Another huge issue- unsanitary. Not even one food tong plates near self serving dishes!!! Everyone just dumped it to the main dishes! No clue about contamination! Staff not trained properly. Horrible experience. All 5 star food only for extra price.

We've stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this is by far the best in every way. The attention you receive from the minute you walk in the lobby to the moment you leave has ruined all future experiences for me and my fiancé because I know I will likely not receive the same amount of care anywhere else. From the food to the ambience to all the small details, everyone we encountered was amazing. Special thank you to Caro and Andres (our butlers during our stay). I wish I could remember other names but in reality, every single staff member that we interacted with was helpful and pleasant. We were celebrating my fiancé's birthday, and they went above and beyond to ensure he felt special. I am so grateful! There are too many special moments to mention but we truly appreciate the cake in the room, the balloons, the special sushi plate that we received at the Japanese restaurant. The fact that I think they knew we were out drinking late and came in the room like little fairies and left a nice glass and a bottle of water on each of our nightstands. When Caro went out of her way to get me an ergonomic pillow that helped me sleep like a baby and the big bang... We went on an all-day excursion to Xcaret and when we came back at 11PM, we found a heart with roses in our bed and a tub with perfect warm water and bubbles surrounded by more roses. It was the perfect end to an amazing vacation. We can't wait to go back. And we are very excited for the new location in Riviera Maya!!
