Pésimo servicio

Para empezar la recepción lo primero que nos dijo fue que ya no trabajaban con hoteles.com , literal traía en mi celular la confirmación de la página , después de mostrárselo me dijeron que ni siquiera tenían en su sistema mi reserva , después de que aceptaron mi reservación querían cobrarme un cargo extra el cual no les quise pagar ya que la reservación venía con las tasas e impuestos incluidos

Bonito el hotel

Bien, detalle a considerar la ubicación a la que nos envió la aplicación estaba errónea, el hotel se encuentra alejado de la zona centro por unos 40 minutos a pie.

Not a comfortable stay

Not the best it stays. Rooms was old and very dirty and dusty. Internet only works in living room. Was not clean or comfortable. Decent location. 10 minute drive to cento and close to ferry station. I won’t stay there again.

Cheap and decent place. Patience needed but nice.

Great stay. Decent location in the middle of the island. You will have to take taxis (50 pesos each way) to anywhere but it’s cheap. Tacos down the block as well as a grocery store. Not sure about the spot in the middle of the pool that moves around.

Safe area but no locks on windows or balcony

Nice place starting to get a little rundown. Locks don't work on windows or balcony and safe isn't bolted down. So no place to store valuables. Kept my passport with me.

Even though it’s a bit far from playa Norte the hotel is in a good location if you rent a golf cart or bike. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and courteous.

The Place to Stay for budget trip to Isla Mujeres

Great place at a very amazing price! Loved the rooftop splash pool with a few of the whole island! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

quaint Mexican hotel.

This is a traditional Mexican hotel. Not a resort. They have a small pool on the ground floor and a small pool on the top with a spectacular view. The people who run it are very nice. The rooms are simple, our bed was comfortable. Our room had a kitchenette. Yet no utensils. We did ask fora blender which they brought us! The hotel is centrally located so you can go either north or south with ease. We rented a golf cart for the three days we were there. We liked the hotel and island so we returned for the last three days of our adventure.

Hotel & suites Chac Chi

Muy lindo el hotel y la vista de la alberca es increíble tienes el mar por ambos lados. La dirección que aparece en la aplicación de hoteles no es la correcta ya que esta te lleva a Bahia Chac Chi otro hotel. El hotel se encuentra lejos del centro y playas, es necesario tomar taxi para llegar.

It was good

We got a good stay in general, the only issue was that our safe was not working good and went we reported it; the guy at the front desk said that guy in charge left 20min ago so we had to wait if we wanted it to be fixed until he comes back and we were on our way to have lunch.
