"The first day we arrived we noticed the pool was filthy. We called the owners to make them aware of this they came over to have a look and said that they will clean it tomorrow. They did arrive to clean it however all they was doing was moving the algae around the pool. "Condo was large, spacious. Located on a hillside with beautiful views. Was not within easy walking distance of ocean, shops restaurants. A car is definitely an advantage. Climate is wonderful, warm but not hot, and not humid."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days. Their spa facilities were wonderful and thanks to their babysitting service we were able to enjoy a couple of hours in the spa. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any requests to ensure we had a relaxing stay. "
