「It is a true gem of a hotel. Beautiful buildings, both old and new, and a magical garden. Two residents lounges plus a library with pool/snooker table. Reception were efficient and friendly, and the room exceeded our expectations, with wonderful attention to details. 「The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Service is very good. The double room was very clean and tidy. Also quite, though you do, as someone else has mentioned previously, hear the church bells. Have to say it was not a problem for me. The room was very comfortable, a lovely view along Church Lane and across the stone cottages. It has the usual room facilities. The bathroom facilities were very good, especially the shower, as it was one of the few that I have used in hotels that did not leak...

「房間內很乾淨也還算舒服空間使用的不錯，老闆很聰明省了入住及退房手續，但也有些不安心，萬一我們退房而其他人進入破壞算誰的？。但是早餐真的很差，不如直接不要給早餐，我們自己會準備，因為這裏離最近的超市開車也要10多分鐘，給了餅乾和小小的放很久的麵包及飲料。隔音敦備不好，隔壁的半夜入住都被吵醒了。」

「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」
