「The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. 」

「Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome.
