「we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.」

「This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. 」

My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. 「The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

「First off, the property is gated. I really love the extra security and privacy it offered to me and my family. Secondly, the spa, bonfire was a huge hit! "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
