"One of the best hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed at many hotels). Obviously this is a brand new hotel and you can tell. Everything is sparkling new. Everything has been so well thought out. "The grounds were clean with many pool choices. Our assigned Concierge named Alvaro was very nice and went out of his way to check in on us. Many of the hotel staff looked irritated, especially the bartenders near the preferred pool area and the swim up bars. Tipping generously didn’t improve the experience.
