“The top floor of the property, where I was forced to stay, had problems with water damage. There was a damp and mild Dewey smell throughout that was coming from the ventilation system. I was moved twice in experienced the same issue throughout. I was given the runaround by the front desk staff and lied to about being able to speak to the manager. I had concerns that there was mold there, and I had a video of one room that had water damage in the ceiling and in the walls that was visible whenever……

“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,……

“Beautiful property, the food was incredibly delicious and great quality. The staff were all un amor!! So caring, friendly and ready to assist! The rooms were a little worn but still very clean and well maintained. The gym equipment can use an update.”

“The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms. The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed……

“Terrible el serviciosal cliente (recepcion) , fueron malisimo con la atencion que me brindaron en la sucursal 1 me querian cobrar dos veces el hospedaje el chico , ya que reservé para la sucursal numero 2 y la ubicación que tienen en las plataformas de reservacion es para la sucursal numero uno (son dos hoteles) por error de la ubicacion en la pagina de expedia el uber me llevo al hotel numero 1 , me trataron pésimo,no recomiendo este hotel por el mal servicios que me dieron. “Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!”

“Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10……
