「We decided to get the cottage so that we could see the valley a bit and appreciate the leaves starting to change colour. However, we got a cottage that provided no such view as the trees in front were overgrown. The space was small and rather basic for what we paid. I don't think it was worth getting the cottage. 「This property actually would have been great and received five stars from me except that the boilers were down and there was no heat in the room. I wouldn't have even minded that so much if the staff would have just admitted it. They did offer to move us to another room but the very same situation existed. Please just be upfront with guests. I understand things can go wrong with mechanicals in a building, just don't tell me something that isn't accurate.」

「Wonderful view- situated on a hill overlooking the water. As the owner stated, " the view never gets old" :) Easy check-in with helpful owner. The breakfast eating area in the dining room had very large windows and soft music added to the ambience.」

「Basic motor Inn that is old but serves the purpose. Clean sheets and blankets, hot water, air conditions, heat, tv…just a quick place to spend the night on way to Cabot trail.」

「This stay was problematic from the start. We were instructed that if arriving later than 6:00 the cabin would be open with the key inside. The sign at the road is not lit so it was difficult to know where to get into the grounds. The instructions did not indicate which cabin to go to but I figured it out from the original booking information and the color of the door. Upon letting ourselves in we found the cabin with no towels, a stripped bed and garbage and groceries from the previous guests...
