“The hotel is a bit old but well kept. Two complaints: 1) I needed an extra conditioner and the cleaning person said she didn't have any. 2) went down for breakfast on check out day and when we came back to the room to pick up the bags the keys would not work.”

“Updated, spacious, easily accessed. Has a pool. Adequate parking. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs. The towels are thin and outdated. Otherwise all else was comfortable and good. ”

“This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!”

“Rooms were very clean . Lots to do for children . Arcade was not air conditioned , very hot . Water park was not clean and staff there has little patience with young children . Food was great in Land Shark BUT If you order pick up or room service not the same quality”

“This was the perfect choice for us. We knew we would be driving to different areas of Cape Cod and day tripping to Martha’s Vineyard, so quaint/walkable wasn’t the priority. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable bed, balcony for fresh air…great food on site which we took to go to relax in the room after a long day traversing MV. It’s too new for tons of reviews, but don’t let that stop you, grab it while you can!”
