"Very quick check-in! The staff are very friendly and courteous!!! The room was very spacious!!! The room had a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, table, chair and couch!!! The two Queen beds were also very comfortable!!! The breakfast selection was very minimal however!"

"It was convenient and the staff was amazing. Except Zully. She was extremely rude when I arrived. I attempted to say hello. Her response was to inform me, very firmly, that my room was not ready. All I said was hello. Everything and everyone else was great."

"Nice, clean, modern hotel. From start to finish I did not have a problem. I was able to keep my car there while I traveled for $10 a night...very reasonable. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Very close to the airport and places to eat. Shuttle was also nice and maintained. If I ever need to stay the night before flying out of Albany again, I will choose this hotel."
