"Great location to shops and restaurants!!Can only maneuver in and out of the garage with a small car. Can get noisy. Wish they had king size beds instead of queen. Also would have liked dish towels in the kitchen and Kleenex and nightlights in the bathrooms. Enjoyed the natural light coming in and spaciousness. Could use more comfortable bed pillows. Really wished they would have had a dresser in the second bedroom to be able to put clothes somewhere. "

"We loved the space - the owners definitely made the most out of a very small space. The apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need for a stay, and right by the beach. The only issue we had was that it was a little crowded - and bathrooms were tiny. Might be difficult for someone tall or wide to navigate."

"We used to stay in these apartments when our kids were young. Now we’ve revived the tradition with our grandchildren. It is an absolutely perfect location in the heart of Capitola Village, mere steps from the beach. But the building is solidly built and very quiet and private, with a parking garage. We were happy with everything about our stay. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed. Check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this property and plan to return again. "
