Caribbean Luxury Hotel

"Staff were all extremely friendly. Rooms were clean. We arrived very early on the day of check-in and were offered a hospitality room to change and storage for our bags. Major issue was that the hallway ceiling was leaning on 5th floor where were staying. They had garbage cans lined up to collect the drips and the hallway smelled super musty the whole stay. Repair man was fixing on our last day and seemed to be removing the pieces of the ceiling and re-mudding. Restaurant was mediocre , complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Access to Atlantis was great."

"Room absolutely filthy, shuttle was 2 hours late.. my eyes got infected from whatever was on those unclean sheets and I have proof of it all "

"Nice property. Pool and beach are lovely. Onsite restaurant and food options are okay at best. "

"Rooms need to be redone. Carpets were old and shower was dirty. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby and good location"
