「We just got back from Punta Cana and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing resort—though only for one night due to a canceled flight and no availability at our original hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Jeifry welcomed us with a smile and excellent service. He made check-in smooth, gave us a tour, and made us feel like we had known him for years. Our room wasn’t ready right away, but Jeifry promised to do his best—and by 2 PM, we were in! He even made a dinner reservation...

「This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.」
