“This motel/spa is a work in progress but will get a 5 star solid review once they fix the kinks. The map on the website is not to scale so I couldn't figure out where the sauna was located which I was really hoping to use. There wasnt any sinage easily visible that directed you to its location. Once I found it the door was locked! Only to later discover it just was that hard to open but....by that point I was needing to check out. The walking trails in the back of the property are magnificent!……

“The office smelled so bad that it took my breathe away. Our room had a dirty stain on the wall that we couldn't decide if it was poo or blood. There was absolutely no soap in the shower or even hand soap. When we asked for soap he handed my husband 1 shampoo 1 conditioner and one small bar of hand soap for 2 people for 3 days. I grabbed a hand towel and it had dried toothpaste on it. I may have missed it but no housekeeping comes during your stay. Mattress was very uncomfortable and the a/c was……

“Parking was good bed was ok, air worked great. but room was not clean there was a lot of hair in shower looked like it had not been cleaned. Room had a lot of dirt on walls the room I got was not the one on the Website overall not a very clean hotel would not recommend !!”

“I can say that this is the best motel we’ve ever stayed at. The price was good. The location was excellent. They had breakfast and they even had free dessert in the evening. It was centrally located close to everything. It was super clean and the staff bent over backwards to make sure that you were getting what you needed. Lots of parking and flat areas too enough for our 8 x 10 trailer. Quiet as off the main road by a couple blocks. I would absolutely stay here again and again and again. ……

“This hotel is not disabled friendly nor are the pets. Elevator went down on our last night. Electricity went out at least twice”

“The staff was friendly when I got in, the staff even called because I arrived later than expected and she made sure that I was still coming. I enjoyed my room, the jacuzzi bath was amazing. I will definitely come back and staff when I am in town.”

“Honestly you get what you paid for. We had a negative experience mainly due to the fact that we were locked out of our room. When we sought assistance they were unable to help us and gave us a second room however our stuff was already inside our previous room. Also the second room was smoker friendly and had carpet which the room we had reserved did not. “There is no way to connect to apps like I am able to at other hotels. The TV selection was sub par and was not able to enjoy any movies. Plus charging $24.99 plus tax just to watch a movie that is already out on streaming apps is ridiculous. Will consider another hotel.next time.”

“The hotel is great and very nice. We stayed in the spa tower which seemed to be slightly disheveled . Not sure if it was just closed for the weekend or being renovated. The hotel seems on the verge of being dated. The upstairs hallway vas very hot but the temperature in the room was good. The bed was very comfortable and probably one of the best beds I’ve had in a hotel. We were there for a concert at the Walmart Amp and was put in the tower closer to the venue which made it nice to walk to!……
