“We stayed in the La Mer suite and liked having the living area/kitchenette as well as a bedroom.
It was clean and spacious enough for the three of us. The room is next to the street so sometimes we would hear music/talking at night, but it didn’t bother us.
The breakfast was great, fresh food and fruit, eggs, toast , croissants, coffee. They even have a tortoise who visited us once while we were eating.
Luis, Paco, and Marcus were all very polite and helpful, made us feel comfortable.

“This day was wonderful. Hotel is new, beds were comfortable and staff did an excellent job cleaning daily. Breakfast was not substantial and pool was shallow for small children only.

“Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. ”

“No tengo ningún comentario negativo. Todo super limpio, ordenado y la cama cómoda. Desayuno rico. Trato super amable por parte de todo el personal. El aire acondicionado super bien. El baño me gustó bastante. El Jacuzzi super a gusto. Está mega cerca del Barrio de Getsemaní (a dos minutos caminando).
