"Outside environment was very good. Our condo needs updating, the bed in primary bedroom was uncomfortable, shower in the hallway looks dirty, entry door needs to be replaced or sanded and repainted. Nice little dining room and comfortable living room. The outside surrounding was beautiful with very good amenities."

"We loved this cute, little apartment! I visited with my daughter and the space was perfect for the two of us. We walked everywhere (restaurants, shops, market, beach) and had fun people-watching from our deck. The mattress wasn't terrible on the bed but we did find it to be perfectly comfortable once we moved it onto the floor. The location was the most important factor for us and it cannot be beat! I highly recommend this location and would absolutely come back."

"Loved the place and the location. Right in the heart of the day and night life. Easy access to shopping, dining, drinking and beach. The only complaint is it did not have the normal toiletries you receive even at a hotel and they asked that you start the laundry when you leave, but there is no detergent because it was short weekend I didn’t bring any."

"Had all the necessities for a one-night stay. Like a hotel but "at-home" feel. Convenient to local restaurants. Host was very detailed with communication. I didn't need to ask them for anything! I would stay here again!"

"This cute and cozy condo was perfect for my birthday week! Steps from the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach…without any driving or looking for a car space was key! Fun on the beach, a swim in the warm pool and back up for a gorgeous sunset! Everything you need and super relaxing!! Will be back!!!"

"The property was very clean and big enough for the 2 of us. Contacting anyone for any questions or issues was simple and efficient. Close to the beech and easy walking distance to the stores and restaurants. Couple complaints is that the room has extremely thin walls and can hear everything especially if you have a neighbor next to you. If youre looking for a few downtime hours of quietness this is not the place for you. You hear everyones conversations as they walk by on the street etc.... TV...

"Highly encourage staying here. The view was incredible each morning, saw dolphins and manatees every day, great restaurants within walking distance and close to the trolly stop to get us down town on siesta key. The location really was awesome. Would come back. Love the area"
