Casselberry Hotel with Pool

"Great value for the size of room for families and amenities. Big pluses were the separate sink from the bathroom and shower allowing for multiple people to get ready. Room was very clean but you have to accept the retro look as part of the charm. The separate living room and kitchen made it more spacious feeling and allowed ones to nap without disturbances. "

"Really good budget option for the parks, it has a shuttle and is a fairly nice hotel. We had poor experiences with the staff such as not being able to get ahold of the front desk when calling (ever) and weird situations with the housekeeping service (We had the do not come in sign on, they came in and moved our stuff but didn’t clean or make the bed, ended up ruining my contacts). But overall a good experience and would probably go back."

"The pool areas were nice but over crowded. The food was good not great Nice young man named christian stopped us on our way out, just super friendly and gave us a ride with our luggage. The nicest employee, I encountered there although most of the staff was friendly. "

"We loved most everything about this place. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, the hot tub and pool were great with long hours. My only complaint is that it wasn’t very quiet. One night there were guest that were loud pretty late at night and the next night there seemed to be a low thumping that sounded like music in the distance (not seeming to come from anyone at this hotel) until about 3am. Overall happy with the hotel but wish it was quieter."

"The water smelled like sewage, when we notified staff they didnt do anything about it, had to ask multiple times for towels and toiler paper, paid for the hotel online it said i had only $140 to pay when i got there. At check in they made me $400 and told me i would only get $30 back. Do not reccomend "

"This was an in affordable room andit was clean and the staff were very welcoming. I definitely will book there again. It is basic and that was what I wanted."

"Towels thin Bathtub tired"

"Our room was visibly updated and very clean. Perfect for myself and 2 teenage boys. The shower was unique with 2 different shower heads and great pressure. Beds were comfortable. Thermostat worked great. The location was perfect for visiting parks, specifically Universal for us. We had walking access to local restaurants and stores but also public transportation to other places. Would definitely stay again."

"A lot of electrical outlets didn’t work, elevator was out the whole week we were there"
