「We had a truly great time at this castle. It was everything we had hoped for during our stay. The castle is updated while keeping a lot of it's original charm. Driving to it was so scenic, with tons of green rolling hills to drive through and an olive tree lined path just before you get to the castle. It is not very far from Siena. And the church bells from the clock tower were very relaxing. Highly recommended.」

「It is a very beautiful castle with lovely scenic views. We were there in June. The rooms were very spacious and nice. It is very accessible to other towns in Tuscany. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The only problem we had was the mosquitoes. We had our windows shut throughout the nights although a few managed to come through..otherwise everything else was great!」

The charm of the old castle is really charming. The staff were all very friendly. Our apartment was located outside the castle. It was 50 to 100 meters to the castle on foot. Unfortunately, the pictures in the advertisement did not show the poor condition of the apartment. It had not been renovated over the years. The...

「The best vrbo ever!」

「Cabbiavoli was the gathering place for our two week celebration with family and friends for my husband’s retirement. We were within an hour of every place we wanted to visit (Florence, Siena, Piza, Volterra) and even got to do the Cinque Terre hike, albeit a long day but so worth the two hour drive time! The train being so close made all excursions possible. Wineries are very close and within driving distance. Cabbiavoli itself is loaded with history and its grounds and views are breathtaking....
