Great location away from the tourist mobs

"Anna, Mustafa and the woman who prepares breakfast and cleans all the rooms are delightful and so helpful! There was a problem with the hot water but the location is terrific. It’s Venice so one must take a water taxi but it’s followed by a lovely walk through the park. Thanks, folks!"
