“but that's complicated to check in the apartment, the reception was far away from the apartment itself and really hard to find, and the key had to be collected in the reception before heading to the place.”

“Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.”

“This property was fantastic! It was everything we were hoping for. We stayed here for most of a week and it was a wonderful spot for exploring Venice and the larger lagoon region.The main floor balcony and sitting area over the grand canal were wonderful for morning and evening lounging and watching the taxis, vaporetto, and gondolas go by. “The people on the reception were very friendly and competent. Prices at the bar were totaly ok. Our apartment in the castle was big and comfortable. Animations for the kids were every evening and the Animators did a good job. On saturday evening there was a band, who played Songs od the 80's. It was cool! All in all a well-organized host.”

The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though. Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "
