“Tout était très bien dans cet hébergement , seul le matelas était un peu trop mou pour nous . L'emplacement est excellent à quelques minutes à pied du DUOMO de MONREAL .Accueil parfait , petit dejeuner très frais ,parking avec voiturier excellent et bienvenu vu l'étroitesse des ruelles de la ville . Une très bonne adresse.”

“Beautiful large Arabesque 4 star fuol setvice spa resort about 20 minutes outside of Palermo. Very nicely designed, massive public areas, located in a very peaceful hilly setting, very large rooms, amazing pools and a waterfall feature. Only issue for me were the poorly maintained guestrooms, with low quality soft furnishings. My room had both shower knobs falling off after each use. A few other lack of easy required maintenence issues that really should be immediately addressed.”

“I want to be fair on my review. The property charge extra 30 Euros for checking in after 6pm. I found this no good since traveling carries certain schedules, I consider 8 or 9pm is a common time to check in into any B&B, Hotel, etc. I do respect their rule. Also, the property did not disclose in internet that the bathrooms are shared. I understood every room has their own bathroom, it is not the case. When you arrive you find a building, with many apartments where regular people live in. There……

“They go for luxury but fail on the basics. The wow factor double jet bath drained very slowly subsequently leaving a layer of scum at the bottom of the tub. Watching said crud squirt from the jets on first activation was a very unpleasant experience. Worse was the fact the door to the room did not lock meaning anyone who could access the hotel could walk in. The obvious fear being theft of valuables while out. However, there was the added fear of someone walking in and immedialty seeing you……
