「We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand...

「They go for luxury but fail on the basics. The wow factor double jet bath drained very slowly subsequently leaving a layer of scum at the bottom of the tub. Watching said crud squirt from the jets on first activation was a very unpleasant experience. Worse was the fact the door to the room did not lock meaning anyone who could access the hotel could walk in. The obvious fear being theft of valuables while out. However, there was the added fear of someone walking in and immedialty seeing you...

「This is NOT a hotel! It is not even a B&B since it does not offer any breakfast or coffee (no restaurant or room service is available onsite and the alcohol bar was closed during our stay). The reception desk is open only during the day and you are expected to let yourself in and out to the 10th floor without any staff assistance using one of two very busy tiny elevators (2 people max) which are servicing all other floors as well. The building houses other offices/businesses on the floors below...
