「The view is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do have a ferry every 1.5 hours or so between South and north caye caulker. The location is not very convenient but very quiet. Hope next time the seaweed will be gone. They have swings by the beach.」

「We had originally booked a 3-night stay and needed to change our dates. We arranged the change by email with the hotel manager, who confirmed in writing that everything was updated. However, upon arrival, we were told that the reservation had never been changed and that there was no availability for our third night. We showed the written confirmation to the manager on site, but he explained that the employee who had confirmed the change was no longer working there and that the hotel would not...

「This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

「The room itself is fine considering what you pay for. Its great it has a little living area and kitchenette. Although there are very easy fixes that need to happen. A light out in the bedroom. The shower head is so rusted almost no water comes out. I stay in budget friendly housing every couple months in caye caulker and this was the only place that was very rude to my husband during check in. You get what you pay for, but no excuse for the rudeness.」

「My family of four had a wonderful time at the Pelican Reef Villa. Elsa and the bartenders were wonderful. They helped us to arrange everything from transportation to other reservations. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom villa that gave us a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. All the people that we met in Belize were wonderful. The Island was a little expensive for routine purchases, but it could be due to the fact that it is an Island; supply and demand....
