“We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!”

“reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice”

“I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place ”

“Fantastic boutique hotel in Tulum. EASY! fantastic staff and a complete no stress vacation. Food was great. and the cabins were awesome. Note. each room has a ‘dipping’ pool. Some are heated. If you want that hot tub, man sure that is what you book. ”

“There are bugs in the room. The pool water is dirty, and there is a lack of consideration for guests; it seems the hotel is only focused on making money. It is not worth the price. I recommend not going.”

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar war und jederzeit schnell, kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert hat. Der Room Service war erstklassig – das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig, sehr frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, sehr stilvoll……

“This is a perfectly serviceable apartment. It's clean, quiet, and very safe. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. There isn't a lot of cookware, but enough to get by. The hosts are very responsive. It was easy to get into the building. It's close to grocery stores and bicycle rental places. ”

“Check in was delayed, pool was murky, room smelled musty, lock on room was unsafe (almost locked myself inside the hut), needs upgraded door locking system”

“Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. ”
