“This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough……

“reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice”

“This is a perfectly serviceable apartment. It's clean, quiet, and very safe. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. There isn't a lot of cookware, but enough to get by. The hosts are very responsive. It was easy to get into the building. It's close to grocery stores and bicycle rental places. ”

“My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. PROS: • Friendly Staff • Clean Hotel • Our room stayed COLD • Yummy Food (eggs at breakfast, burgers, fries, grilled chicken, mexican street corn - all DELICIOUS) • Towels Always Smelled Nice • Great Location -……

“I liked the location of the stay. It was close to authentic restaurant and night life. The owner was helpful about my concerns and questions. ”

“Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. ”

“Este hotel lo elegimos por ubicación, necesitábamos 2 noches para descansar después de actividades cerca. La calificación es excelente en Expedia y comentan una reciente remodelación, pero la sorpresa es que un hotel descuidado en general; desde q llegas los sillones de recepción sucios, el elevador sucio, los pisos manchados; el cuarto con buen mobiliario pero la misma impresión de limpieza a medias, solicitamos toallas y entregaron unas rotas y otras manchadas, "es bloquedaor solar"nos……
