"It was a great stay! The only thing was waiting for breakfast. It was a very long line, but it was good!"

"The staff was amazing! Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day! Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! We are sad to leave as we met so many people at the hotel (staff) and around the town that became like family! Shedding a little tear as we drive to the airport, it’s not goodbye it’s see you later ❤️"

"The room had a rustic feel while still being clean, modern and safe. Hot water everyday with air conditioner. The patio faces a small yard below and wall but you still hear all of the sounds of nature and can see the gorgeous trees and warm rain! The breakfast has a limited menu but delicious every morning! We were able to park on premises without issue every day and At night, someone is there to let you in the locked front entrance. It was a bit quiet during our stay and not a lot going on, but walkable to bars, restaurants and rooftops. If you want a more authentic experience outside of the “Hollywood” vibe of Tulum beach, I recommend this hotel forsure. "

"We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. I would give the food 8/10, our favorite restaurants were Jasmine and Portofino. This resort's atmosphere was all about the chill vibes and relaxation; we loved evey minute of it. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. "

She was always available whenever we had a question, a great resource for suggestions and things to do, and anticipated anything we might have needed. She went above and beyond to make our visit seamless, relaxing, and a one-of-kind experience. Everything about the home was perfect and exactly as described. We're already planning a second trip back!"
