"The rooms have a table top ironing board, which maybe a child’s shirt would fit on. Iron itself was messed up, had to request a new one. One of our towels was shredded/tearing apart all along the edge - not sure how housekeeping wouldn’t have noticed when folding. TV was not a smart TV and had limited options. Shower was so small, I am not sure how an oversized person would even fit in there. And on top of all of the above, we were given a key to someone else’s room when checking in. I entered the room to find someone else’s belongings as well as the bed messed up. I had to go back down and address this. They said housekeeping at flagged it as being ready/available. Also, I want to add that there is no parking, you have to pay $55/day for valet. The vibe is so adorable and I love all the decorations so very much! But the amenities aren’t worth the stay. I would just suggest visiting White Limozeen (their rooftop restaurant) and leaving it at that. "

"Great Hotel and Staff. Perfect for my Nashville Bachelorette Trip. Had a great last Rodeo at rooftop pool. Outdoor Bar and speakeasy was a fun experience. Highly Rated. I cannot wait to go back with my Husband."
