"Good accommodations for a group."

"Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...

"Had a great stay at the house. We were in town for a show at Red Rocks. House was cozy, clean, beds were comfortable. Everything is within walking distance to eat or drink. Would definitely stay again."

"Joshua was easily accessible and his home was the perfect location for our stay in Denver. We were able to walk to so many area attractions and the house was amazing. Small touches everywhere made for a truly great experience. I visit Denver at least once a year and will absolutely be interested in staying again because of how wonderful this location and home were."

"The house was clean and had everything you will need. Comfy beds, great back porch and kitchen has anything you might need. Close to everything!!! Julia was so responsive to our needs. We thought we might have to stay extra due to a snow storm coming in and she stayed in touch to make sure we were okay. We will definitely be back ❤️"

"Cool house only 20 minutes drive to RR. Very clean & host provided snacks. We will definitely come back to this psychedelic duplex next time we go to a concert at RR. Lot of room w/ comfortable beds, plenty of blankets & pillows. Comfortable couch & very quiet neighbors. We didn’t go outside in the back due to weather snow/rain while we were here but looks like nice spot for a bbq or just chill. Host was responsive & friendly"

"Our stay was pleasant. Communication the day we arrived wasn’t great we arrived early and asked for an early check in but didn’t get a response. We decided to do some exploring. We did have some trouble with the lock upon arrival late that night after exploring and couldn’t get a response then either. A phone number would have been great. The house was decently clean but there was several spiders."

"We were very pleased with our overall experience. The location was great for visiting my family. It would have been nice for the heat to have been on when we arrived as the temperature was in the 30s, but I would have no problem recommending to other travelers and/or staying here again."

"I stayed here will attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The apartment was very comfortable. The building's amenities and public spaces were amazing - a library, game room, gym, etc. There were a Whole Foods and CVS in the same building and plenty of restaurants nearby. My only complaint was that the WiFi was pretty unrealiable, both in my room and in the public spaces. "
