“The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.”

“Staff was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early. Dog fee is only $15/night and we traveled with a big 65 pound malamute. Room was spacious, refrigerator worked (almost too well). Breakfast was standard (waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, juice, etc.). Checkout was a breeze, heated pool, quiet, convenient location. Will return again for future trips to Tempe 😊”

“Security doors were not functional, the carpet on the 1st and third floors
were worn dirty and stained.
The only ice machine was on the 3rd floor.'
