「Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel. 」

「Breakfast is good. However, some mechanic noise was found continually around the room. We have some difficulty to get a good sleep.」

「An interesting choice for staying in Laconia. There must be ten churches within eyesight from this property! Nice walking trail along the adjacent canal. A bit scetchy to walk down Main Street on a Friday night. Walgreens, Dunkin’, and Cumberland Farms within walking distance. 」

「Lobby was clean and welcoming. Desk clerk was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean, no bad smells, nice linens and towels. Great selection at breakfast including apples, bananas, pears and oranges! Breakfast staff person was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Staff was very friendly. The room very clean. The only thing and it is a big thing is the property, the outside of the building is run down and really doesn’t look like it is open for business.. Otherwise it was great for my very short time I was there.」
