“The hotel is clean and the service is good, but the soundproofing is not very good”

“Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. “Location was private and quiet,”

“Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.”

“We had a wedding in the area and this place was perfect for our needs. There’s a bar to the front of the property, which was fun to hang out and play pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.”

“Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy”

“It is a motel from the 1950’s which was updated. The room was clean and they actually fixed the bed and provided clean towels daily. The room was very small but had a dresser, desk, chair, small refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. It’s a small no-frills hotel. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep bug don’t plan on hanging out in the room this is an option. Remember it a motel, not a hotel.”
