“Upon our arrival into our stay we noticed just a couple of things that didn’t meet the eye but figured after a long travel day it was almost 1am, we might feel differently in the AM. Our sink from the start was clogged and my boyfriend had to play mister plumber to make the water go down in the bathroom. When we removed the piece it was full of hair leading me to believe that the surfaces are just whipped down to seem “appealing” to the eye and thorough cleanings are not being done properly……

“The space was perfect for our family. Lots of wonderful bars and restaurants within walking distance. ”

“Code didn’t work for the door. Terrible odor. The mattresses are stained and dirty. No coffee carafe to make coffee. Ice maker didn’t work. Not the best neighborhood.”

“The room was clean. The room was big and the kitchen had everything we needed. Although a Kcup coffee maker would have been better than the coffee pot. The check-in process was a little difficult. The bed was hard as a rock. Also we could hear everything outside and above us. If you’re a light sleeper I would stay somewhere else. ”

“The property was clean, well, equipped, and perfect for our needs. The fully functioning kitchen made meals much easier and helped us save on eating out. We also appreciated being away from the busier parts of Nashville. The only downside was its proximity to the freeway, with truck noise at night causing some disturbed sleep. There was also a late night party in one of the neighbouring houses that was quite loud, which was a bit challenging with kids. After a few days staying in Pigeon Forge,……

“Yes all rooms were clean and staff was helpful”

“The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!!”
