“This property was not easy to find because I was not aware it was an AericaInn, and the sign, and gps, has not changed. It would have been helpful to know that. The staff was friendly. Disappointed there was not a market to purchase a pain reliever, due to a headache. The entryway was dark, and not real welcoming, and entering the room was VERY dark, no lighting in the little hallway. Breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs were gone, and when the staff brought out a bag that had been……

“The room was not cleaned very well. The hot tub didn’t work correctly. It kept shutting off after about 5 minutes. When we bought down our full garbage at about 4:00 p.m. (no housekeeping came to check all day) and when we asked where we could put it we were told where the dumpster was! I then said, you want your guest to take the garbage to the dumpster? He then said to just drop it by the overflowing breakfast garbage can. Again This OS about 4:00p.m.”

“I had a King Room. There was 1 desk chair. No sitting chair. I called the front desk to see if there was one I could get. I was told they didn’t have any more chairs. I asked about taking a plastic chair from the pool area. I was told to not take one from the pool area. Then I was told that it would be fine if I went over to Walmart and bought a lawn chair to bring back and use in the room!!! I found this to be completely unacceptable!!”

“The overall property was top notch, the staff at check in was excellent, the room was very nice. After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub.……

“The room was clean. Bathroom was as well. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling alone and slept all night. I felt very safe. It is in a nice area. I will stay here agian in a few weeks on my way back home. ”

“Such a unique hotel! Went for a night getaway with my husband. Highly recommend! Onsite Lakely restaurant/bar was amazing! Food was excellent and the drinks were great! Wait staff very attentive. Live music was perfect. Outdoor patio and fire was fantastic for after dinner drinks to end the evening.”

“It was a very nice hotel. It was located very nice in downtown. Never used the pool or hot tub but it looked pretty small.”
