“Cannot fault this property at all, the hosts are so welcoming and love that you get a tour around the facilities. We booked the spa for my partners birthday and it is a little slice of heaven! Then we played a few games of pool in the bar/lounge area before heading to our room. The area is great, permit parking super easy outside the property, and great recommendation for breakfast the following day (Farm Kitchen). “There are 3 Adults Myself and 2 young ladies with LD I cannot fault the staff Everyone was very friendly and very helpful Our family room was very nice and big with a big bathroom Beds were comfortable the only negative was it was the room was cold but the temperature outside was very cold so it didn't help. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent Breakfast was included in our stay Which again was excellent Definitely recommend ”

“The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time. The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.”

“Everything is in average. The hardware is definitely needed to be upgraded. Staff were nice. If you have plan to dine in their restaurant, be prepared to be very patient for waiting, however food was nice.”
